The Pre-Suit File

What to Include

  • The policy (declarations page + full policy)
  • Your estimate and any supplements
  • The carrier's denial or payment/estimate
  • Correspondence showing delay, denial, or dispute
  • Photos and inspection reports
  • Carrier name, claim number, and date of loss

This page is attorney advertising and general information, not legal advice, and uploading a file does not create an attorney-client relationship. A public adjuster may refer a policyholder and upload the pre-suit file, but the policyholder — not the public adjuster — is the client and alone decides whether to hire the firm and signs any representation agreement directly with Louis Law Group. The firm neither pays nor accepts referral fees. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Contingency representation means no attorney's fees or costs unless we obtain a recovery.
